What is your cancellation policy?We offer a no questions asked 24 hours cancellation policy. As we specialise in Cambridge airport transfers, we completely understand that plans can change from our many years of experience. Up to 24 hours you will be refunded in full, unless paid via card then it would be minus the processing fees. The other option would be a credit note for the full amount, which is the most popular option if something arise to get in the way of your travel plans. Even within 24 hours’ notice we can (at our discretion) look into offering a credit note depending on the circumstance. We are the most reputable Chauffeur Service in Cambridge for a reason.
What are your operating hours?We operate 24/7, 365 days. We can be reached for emergency’s at any time on our usual office number 01223 929392. However our call staff for non-urgent enquiries are in from 08:30 – 18:00. What happens if my flight is delayed?Here at SSR Executive, we monitor flights well in advance. Even if there is a cancellation or delay much before the flight schedule, we will know about it. There is no extra charge for flight delays as that is not in your control, you should not be penalised for something out of your hands. When you do land and walk into arrivals, rest assured you will find one of our friendly chauffeurs holding your name board. Do you provide child seats?We can provide seats for baby’s and infants – along with booster seats for older children. At time of booking if you state your requirements we can have these ready in the vehicle for you. There is a surcharge depending on your exact requirements. We can also store your own seats in our central office at no extra cost.
